1. The Service

RUECEO is an Executive Operating System that provides:

• Free Capital Consultation: A no-cost intake that organizes your business information and directs you toward independent third-party funding resources.
• Paid Consulting Packages ($49.99): A one-time consulting deliverable covering operations, marketing, or compliance based on the category you select. Includes optional document upload for deeper analysis.
• Launch Visibility Package ($750): A done-for-you press release and media distribution service. Includes a professionally written press release, distribution to targeted media contacts, a media contact list, a distribution report, and a Final Report & Proof of Works delivered upon completion.

2. Not a Lender

RueDaRuntzInc is a marketing and business consulting company. We are not a bank, lender, or financial institution. When capital pathways are discussed, we direct you toward independent third-party providers. All funding decisions, terms, and approvals are made solely by those providers. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for or receive funding of any kind.

3. Paid Services

All paid services are charged at the time of purchase via PayPal.

• The $49.99 consulting package is a digital deliverable generated and delivered immediately upon payment. You receive the full consulting package as described on the Service.
• The $750 Launch Visibility package is a professional service fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Deliverables include the press release, media contact list, distribution report, and Final Report & Proof of Works.

All consulting deliverables are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during intake.
• Use the Service for lawful business purposes only.
• Not misrepresent your business, identity, or eligibility.
• Acknowledge that consulting recommendations represent our professional guidance and are not guaranteed outcomes.
• Accept full responsibility for how you apply any recommendations, strategies, or deliverables received through the Service.

5. Uploaded Documents

If you choose to upload documents through our Intel Shortcut feature, you represent that you have the right to share those documents and that they do not contain information you are prohibited from disclosing. Uploaded documents are processed solely to enhance your consulting deliverable and are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. We do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share your uploaded documents.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including RUECEO, The RueDaRuntz Doctrine, branding, copy, and consulting deliverables — is the property of RueDaRuntzInc and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use deliverables you purchase for your own business operations but may not resell, redistribute, or republish them.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULT — INCLUDING FUNDING APPROVAL, MEDIA PLACEMENT, OR BUSINESS GROWTH — WILL BE ACHIEVED. ALL CONSULTING DELIVERABLES ARE GUIDANCE ONLY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RueDaRuntzInc’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall RueDaRuntzInc be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of cause.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RueDaRuntzInc, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your misrepresentation of any information provided during intake.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. By using the Service, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
